Assess your stress personality. Understand what stress means to you, what are the factors that cause you to stress, and what changes you feel in your body, diet, and health.

Understand what activities divert your mind and make you feel relaxed. Not only that, but notice the food that makes you feel happy, the company that relaxes you, and the exercise routine that is a must to relax your body.

At the end of one month, you would know your stress points, and start with simple changes to overcome your stress.

MONTH TWO

Understanding Relaxation

In this month, we will take a step further to allow you to revive your energy and positive personality.

We’ll understand relaxation, how to relax and how important it is for your health and overall well-being.

We’ll identify what are the things that relax you, make you happy and energetic.

By the end of the month, you would have explored new recipes, exercises, mind relaxing games, and lots of other things to relax yourself, reduce and manage your stress in a much better way to enjoy your life fully.

MONTH THREE

Practicing, and prioritizing your Personalized plan.

We’ll personalize your overall routine to manage and reduce your stress. Our worksheets and different activities and exercises will bring a positive change to your life.

Stress is just a condition when you feel uneasy, sad, and uncomfortable due to any situation. There are a few symptoms that include headaches, irritability, anger, and ‘fuzzy thinking,’ etc.
